discussions on setting up 1001bit tools

No request code

HI,

I've just bought 1001bit Pro and i'm trying to install it on my computer (Windows XP - Sketchup Pro 7)
I've received an email with an activation code (the long one )

but when I open sketchup and the activation window of 1001bit Pro there's no request code ! What should I do ?

what is the email address you used for purchase?
Pleaes drop me a mail using the email, and i will send the activation key to you.

I allready have an activation code
but when I copy/paste it in the activation window it won't work because there's no request code in the first box...

anyway i'll send you an email ASAP
