hi cadward,

Yes, I have successfully run 1001bit pro on SU8 and SU8 pro. :D

Yes, You can have both SU7 and SU8 on your computer at the same time (no need to uninstall SU7)
Yes, You can have 1001bit Pro in both your SU7 and SU8 at the same time too. :D :D :D

All you have to do is to simply copy the entire 1001bit_pro folder (together with all the .key files inside which contains your activation info) and the 1001bit_pro.rb file into SU8's plugins folder.

I did come across an issue with the toolbar when i first run 1001bit pro on SU8. (the toolbar panel covers up a big area of the display)
I managed to 'reset' the toolbar by
1) go to menu 'Plugins' --> '1001bit Pro' --> 'manage toolbar'
2) change to 'separate toolbars'
3) restart SU8. You will see the toolbars being separated...move them to the toolbar strips.
4) exit Su.
5) restart SU8, go to menu Plugins --> 1001bit Pro --> manage toolbar again,
6) select 'arrange in 1 toolbar' and exit sketchup.
7) restart SU8.
That seems to fix the problem for me. :D
cheers!

hi everyone!
1001bit Pro (v1.0) had some minor incompatibility issue with Sketchup 8:
the louvres, joists, metal deck, cut and fill and probably hip roof tools could not process holes inside a face properly.
I've finally managed to fix this bug in 1001bit Pro(v1.1). :D
User's using 1001bit Pro with Sketchup 8, please replace the files with the latest.
Remember not to delete your 1001bit_pro.key file. (which contains your activation information)

Mac sometimes replaces the entire folder (hence deleting your 1001bit_pro.key) instead of merging the files inside the folder.
Download 1001bit Pro(v1.1) from
http://www.1001bit.com/pro/download.html
Thanks again for supporting 1001bit Pro! :D
