hi everyone,

Thanks for supporting 1001bit Tools. We hope you have a pleasant experience using 1001bit tools.

We've put up this discussion forum to facilitate support and updates of 1001bit tools, as well as a place to exchange ideas.

Version updates and patches will be posted on the forums instead of sending mass email out to everyone.

Bugs and fixes, as well as questions and solutions on setting up, tips and tricks will also be posted here too.

Please drop by often and we'd appreciate if you could sign our guestbook and share ideas and comments.

Thanks & best regards

GohCH

These plugins are great. Now I can create windows like this in less tha 5 minutes. This would take me almost an hour to create before.

Hello

So I bought version 1.1.2 and upgraded to 1.1.4 and now wish to upgrade to 1.1.6. However, I can not find where to download the script. So where is the download section?

hi Ken,
You can download from the link below ;) :
http://www.1001bit.com/download/1001bit(1.1.6).zip
Just a note, the setting up is different from previous versions, best way is to remove your previous version and install as new.
Please keep a copy of your previous 1001bit.key file (your activation key)
Please follow the installation instructions in the link below:

cheers!

I am interested how most people are using the window and door tool.I am making windows with your program and then turning them into components and inserting them in opening i make in the walls.ON a typical house i may have 5-10 window types or componnets.I am cutting openings that match the rough opening of the windows into the walls.I am adding trim over the exterior wall.I have not made the trim part of the component because sometimes these windows are single and other times that are ganged in groups of 3 or 4.Many of my windows are "cottage sash" meaning the top sash is shorter than the bottom sash so for the sake of the model i have been drawing the sash as a casement. The mullion work i have been drawing bu hand in the component.I very rarely have a centered sash line.I really like the the example window .Any thoughts or comments on my process?
Thanks
Christian
