update - forum registration permission

hi everyone,
Due to some recent spams on the forum, i've changed the registration setting to require user activation.
Upon registration, you will receive an email from which you can click to activate your forum account.
Sorry for the extra steps, but we need this to block out the spam bots to keep the forums 'clean'.
If you have problem registering, and/or do not receive an activation email after registration, please drop me a note.
