update - minor patch for menu

hi everyone,
There is an item 'create ramp on along selected path' which is not functioning.
(half way through writing this tool, i broke it into the 'slope selected edges' and 'extrude along sloping curved path' tools.)
Forgotten to remove this from the pull down menu.
If you see this item in your pull down menu, please download the attached file (1001bitmenu.rbs) and replace the one you currently have.
I've re-uploaded the 1001bit(1.1.3).zip file with the corrected menu.
